CrystalFlex provides airtime, data, electricity bill payments, cable TV subscriptions, and wallet services to individuals and businesses across Nigeria.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including phone numbers, meter numbers, and smartcard IDs — is accurate before confirming any transaction.

All transactions are processed instantly. Users must confirm details before payment, as completed transactions cannot be reversed except where covered by our refund policy.

• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions.
• Unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Reselling or misusing the platform in violation of these terms.

CrystalFlex is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect user input or third-party service failures (such as network downtime from telecoms or electricity providers).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities, with or without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
