Successful transactions
All successful transactions are final and non-refundable. Once value (airtime, data, electricity token, or cable subscription) has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete.
Failed transactions
If a transaction fails and your wallet is debited, a refund will be processed automatically within 24 hours. Most refunds happen instantly.
Duplicate payments
Duplicate transactions will be reviewed and refunded accordingly. Please contact support with both transaction IDs for the fastest resolution.
Incorrect details
Refunds are not guaranteed for transactions made with incorrect details provided by the user (e.g. wrong phone number, meter number, or smartcard ID). Always double-check before confirming.
